When the process adopts lifting air, oxygen and nitrogen have different diffusion rate and adsorptive capacity to separate oxygen from nitrogen on carbon molecular sieve. When air is compressed to 0.8MPa, air source enters in pressure-swing adsorption tower for separation after being purified through dry and oil-water separation process (filter). Oxygen molecules are diffused and adsorbedin carbon molecular sieve under pressure. Non-adsorbed nitrogen is discharged from outlet of adsorption tower. Oxygen is desorbed, discharged and purged in adsorption tower under depressurization. Moreover, adsorbent can be recycled.

Nitrogen Psa Generators Laser Cutting is made up of adsorption tower A and B installed with carbon molecular sieve and control system. When compressed air (with pressure of 0.8MPa in general) goes through Tower A from top to bottom, oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture will be absorbed by carbon molecule while nitrogen will flow out from the top of tower. When the molecular sieve inside Tower A adsorbs to be saturated, it will switch to Tower B to carry on the above adsorption process and regenerate the molecular sieve inside Tower A. The so-called regeneration refers to the process to absorb the gas inside the tower to the air so as to make the pressure reach normal pressure rapidly and emit oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture adsorbed by molecular sieve from the sieve. The technology PSA nitrogen generating equipment is a hi-tech energy-conserving separation technology which directly makes nitrogen from air under normal temperature, which has been applied for several decades.
